Cancellation & Refunds Policy

 

Background                                                                                                                                                            

 

Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. makes its best efforts to provide counseling services in a professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of service recipients. However, there may be situations where a recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid to Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. . The conditions under which Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. may provide such refund and the terms and conditions associated with it are specified in this refund policy "Refund Policy". Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. will not under any other circumstances entertain any requests for a refund.

 

Parties

 

The terms 'You' or 'Your' refer to You as a Registered User and the terms 'Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. ', 'We', 'Us', 'Company', and 'Our' refer to Havoc Therapy Private Limited. Registered User means any person who has completed the registration process for receiving services offered by Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd. by payment of the requisite fees.

 

Applicability

 

You will be entitled to invoke this Refund Policy only as long as You are a Registered User. Your right to claim a refund may arise in the event of the following types of defects or deficiencies on Our part:

 

a. accounting error e.g. your account was charged for more than the actual number of availed sessions;

b. defect in services e.g. if you found the level of services received to be defective or unsatisfactory and the company is able to validate your feedback post investigation;

 

If there is any dispute as to the existence of a defect or deficiency as mentioned above, the decision of Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd.  shall be final.

 

Any issue other than those specifically mentioned above, shall not be covered under this Refund Policy. If any deficiency in Service as reported by You is curable, Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd.  may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion choose to re-perform the services.

 

Cut-Off Date

 

All claims for refund must be made by You within a period of two (2) days from the date of Your receipt of services. Beyond such a period, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

 

Refunds Process

 

You can submit a request for a refund by mailing us at info@havoctherapy.com with your customer ID and your grievance. In case your grievance is arising out of any quality issues - we will try our best to give you a corrective solution. For ease of processing & documentation of this process, we will keep the refund request through the email provided above only. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of the refund and a tentative date by which you can claim it. We try to respond to any request for a refund within thirty (30) working days of receipt of the request. The refund will be made to you based on the unutilized sessions in your account. The deduction of the amount will be based on the actual used sessions and the package slab for those number of sessions used. (Eg, If you purchase 10 sessions from Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd.  at 3800 (Rs 460/session) and use only 2 sessions before asking for a refund (Rs.999 will be deducted from your total payment for refund)

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

Generally, we take about 30 working days to process a refund; from the date, a refund request is approved by Us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account. In case You have any doubts or need any information, please write back to us at info@havoctherapy.com

 

Grievance

 

If you have any grievance relating to the refund, please write to info@havoctherapy.com.

 

Cancellation

 

A counselor gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. It is a disservice to other clients who could have used that slot for their well-being when you don't show up.

 

Our sessions can be pre-booked in advance and can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment.

 

Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment or failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non-refundable cancellation of the session.

 

24 Hours Prior: No charge + Reschedule to anytime

 

Havoc Therapy ( P) Ltd.  at its sole discretion may offer to provide certain relief to the client on a case-to-case basis.

 

 

Cancellation & Refunds: Internship

Any refund request after one has signed the NDA will be denied.

One can raise a request for a refund before the commencement of the internship by dropping a mail to our info@havoctherapy. The validity of the claim and Your eligibility shall be determined once we receive the claim for a refund through the above methods. Submission of requests through any other methods shall not be entertained. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of the refund and a tentative date by which You can claim it. We try to respond to any request for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 working days post intimation by the applicant.

Havoc Therapy reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the refund request is approved by Havoc Therapy
